Firstly not impressed at all . Waited 2 months to receive the order when ordered for a birthday present and to make it better the order was received broken and when the necklace was removed from the packaging the letters all fell off . Considered raising a dispute but not worth waiting months on replacement .would not recommend at all
Service is terrible. Order received late with no communication and they don't respond to emails. I've read a lot of people don't actually receive their orders either so wouldn't recommend buying from this company. The chain used also looks cheap not worth the price at all. Avoid!!
