I love this brand and have brought this recently and it arrived broken unfortunately, I understand that it was probably a shipment fault however I still would love to receive a replacement for my necklace. I have reached out to customer service however they still haven’t got back to me.

Ok it looks good. But absolutely not worth £28. Had it have arrived in time for Christmas I’d probably have sent it back but can’t be bothered now. Really thin and flimsy. Wasn’t expecting it to be protective but was certainly expecting it to be better made for the cost of it.

The necklace is beautiful, really good quality and looks lovely on. I would definitely purchase again although the delivery time was long! I was given an expected delivery date at purchase as it was a birthday gift but when i didn’t receive a dispatched email I chased it to be told it’s delayed another 2 weeks.
