How long until my pre order item is shipped out?
If you have ordered a pre order item, all wait times are listed in the description of each pre order piece as it varies. Please note this is an estimated wait time and not exact. If the wait time has been exceeded please contact our customer service team via email contact@icy-szn.co.uk for an update.
Will my jewellery tarnish?
All materials used for each piece are listed in the description of each piece. Our pieces can be worn in water however we do advise to keep our pieces in the best possible condition, to avoid contact with water for long periods of time, as all pieces will tarnish eventually over time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we ship everywhere, all shipping prices will be able to view at checkout. Spend over £150 & get free shipping.
Do you accept returns?
Please note before placing your order we have an all sales are final policy. We do not offer returns/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/refunds. Please note, ICY SZN LTD reserves the right to refuse all returns.
However, if an item is too big or small we do allow customers to exchange for the correct size, as long as the piece comes in more than one size. However, we must be informed via email within 10 business days of receiving the item prior to returning. Please note sale items are not included in this due to end of line stock.
If in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products if informed within 5 business days of the package being delivered. Customer must provide photos of the issue, including packing slip.

Please note for same day dispatch, orders must be placed before 1PM. Delivery time within the United Kingdom is 1-2 business days for 1st class & 2nd class 3-4 business days. Europe 7-10 business days and the rest of the world 10-18 business days.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email that you can use to track your order via Royal Mail. Please note if you are outside the UK, our delivery partners information in your country will be available via clicking the 'Continue Tracking' option on the tracking link provided to you.
